The General Surgery and Hidden Valley Lake Behavioral Health clinics have been recognized for achieving a position in the 1st percentile for patient experience across Adventist Health Specialty clinics for three consecutive quarters. This accomplishment highlights the intentional, patient-centered care these teams provide daily and underscores the high standards they uphold.

Under the leadership of their manager, Deanna Mock, these teams consistently operate as proactive problem solvers for their patients, both in and out of the office.
